A national retail company was incurring cost increases due to duplicate customer records in their Marketing Cloud, while also supporting a legacy Master Data Management (MDM) system. The company was embarking on a strategy to sunset the current MDM and move to a more scalable, flexible and leading-edge solution and related technologies.
Leveraging its in-depth experience in Master Data Management, Pepper Foster worked closely with internal sponsors and stakeholders to assess the current state, identify and design a comprehensive solution that leveraged existing platforms and technologies, and achieve buy-in and approval.
