Community is a core belief at Pepper Foster, we are authentic and effective, applying expertise and passion to drive projects serving our community. Our philanthropic activities are driven by input from our employees and we are constantly on the lookout for new ways to support and engage with our community.
We believe in the power of community engagement and actively encourage our team members to contribute their time and skills to make a positive impact. We foster a culture of volunteerism by organizing company events and empowering individuals to independently participate in community initiatives. Recognizing the value of personal involvement, Pepper Foster supports our team by providing paid time off for volunteering.
We engage in pro bono and discounted rate projects for nonprofits and local businesses that serve youth, the houseless population, historically-underrepresented groups, the environment, and more. We provide hands-on workshops, strategic planning, and implementation of new processes, systems, etc. to support the functions of these organizations and companies.
We recognize that sometimes the most needed things are not time or expertise, but money. To this end, we have a dedicated program for Pepper Foster to annually give back through donations. While not expected, employees are also given the opportunity to donate and increase the impact we have.
