An international market-leading manufacturer needed experienced program managers to lead several workstreams within its 3-year long business excellence and continuous improvement programs. All workstreams involved stakeholders across multiple divisions and departments and were designed to significantly increase the profitability of the company. Workstreams included the design and implementation of big data solutions, reducing SG&A expenses, and improving customer experience.
Pepper Foster program managers established project management disciplines and cadence and led each workstream in line with PMI best practices. Project execution and communication plans were developed and adopted. Team member roles and expectations were established.
