Casey has been leading in Lean-Agile product development environments for over 12 years. He is passionate about drawing out the full potential of leaders and teams, measuring what matters, and enabling innovation and transformation through design thinking. Casey lives with his wife (Becky) and daughter (Adeline) in the Twin Cities South Metro. Casey and his family are foodies, enjoy fantasy and sci-fi movies/books, and Casey is a singer in a yacht rock cover band, and also at his church.
