A global clothing and shoe apparel company was grappling with a way to elevate the athlete research experience. The existing system was outdated, cumbersome, and limiting in terms of scalability and user interaction, particularly affecting the experience of athletes and researchers.

Solution Approach

Pepper Foster spearheaded a digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing the athlete experience and improving operational efficiency. We identified key capabilities of the lab and leveraging those strengths created a product requirement document (PRD) and proof of concept (POC) focused on designing both the software interface and the hardware used for athlete tracking.
